Penguin Caravan Park (CP)

Penguin Caravan Park is located in the coastal town of Penguin on Tasmania’s North West Coast.

There are 20 powered sites and 18 camp sites accessible to caravans and big rigs. The pet friendly park has waterfront sites, laundry facilities and is a short walk from public barbecue area, playground, and amenities block.

HOW TO GET THERE
Penguin lies between Ulverstone and Burnie off Bass Highway (Hwy1); take either of the main exits to Penguin. At Penguin turn right onto Main Road and immediately after crossing penguiin Creek turn hard left (Post Office) into Johnsons Beach Road; the Caravan Park is 300m on the right.

THINGS TO DO
The park is situated on the waterfront with amazing views of the ocean and beach, the perfect place to unwind and relax & mingle with other campers or just sit back , read a book, fish, swim or spot a whale,dolphin or seal.

They have fabulous walks both short and long around Penguin, a local family park just a short walk from the Caravan Park, with free gas bbq and ducks for the children to feed. Also just a stone throw away (2 minute walk) a small playground with bbq and miniature train rides every 2nd Sunday for the children.
