Truly an Oasis in the Outback!

$15 pp/pn unpowered

Telstra and Optus service – both slow but ok for calls, internet gets worse as more people login. NT Govt free wifi in Roadhouse is average at best

Staff honest and thoughtful. Checked which direction I came from to ensure I didn’t miss happy hour 👍😆

Food available from 6am-8:30pm. Fully licenced. Live entertainment which was very good last night.

Amenities blocks (3) are average but very usable and a welcome respite from being in the road in the heat. Use thongs like you usually would. Washing machine $4

Diesel was $1.924 but there is no other choice so just pay it… You can buy AvGas here!

There is lush green grass, a swimming pool and plenty of shady trees.

It’s not the Shangri-La but it is bloody good value for where it is

Very Quiet at night. Great food in the restaurant. Nice and friendly staff. Good ablutions. All together a great place to stay in the middle of nowhere
