The Creswick Calembeen Lake Caravan Park is a pet friendly park that offers a range of great value accommodation to suit everyone from camping sites to fully self-contained cabins. You will love the peaceful and tranquil surroundings of the Calembeen Lake, where just a short stroll on a picturesque walking track will take you to fishing, swimming or just beautiful bush surrounds. The park abuts natural bush lands and offers a range of grassed, shady, powered and unpowered sites suitable for tents, camper trailers, caravans, motorhomes and larger RV’S. A choice of various sized sites including drive thru’s, guarantees that you will find the perfect spot to suit your needs.

An ideal park for families, with the playground and swimming pool sure to keep the kids occupied for ages and the enclosed camp kitchen has plenty of tables and chairs for you to sit and chat with all the new friends you are sure to meet. There is a BBQ, a large range of kitchen appliances, instant hot water and a great open wood fire place to enjoy during the cooler months that are all available for your convenience. Clean modern amenities including a fully equipped coin operated laundry, private children’s bathroom, spa and other facilities will certainly make your stay worthwhile.

HOW TO GET THERE
Creswick is 18km North of Ballarat via the Midland Highway. Arriving in Creswick take the first exit at the roundabout into Cushing Avenue then first right into Lake Calembeen.

SITE ACCESS
The main driveway takes you directly to the Caravan Park.
Parking is available at reception while you check in.

Powered sites from $27 per night up to 2 persons.

On-site Caravan (1 double) from $40 per night for up to 2 persons

THINGS TO DO
A stroll down the main street will reveal a number of historic buildings including the old Masonic Lodge, State Savings Bank, Creswick Library, Post Office, Museum/Town Hall and the Courthouse Theatre. Visit the Creswick Woolen Mills, the home of luxurious natural fibre products designed in Australia. Tour the Creswick Regional Park or enjoy a stroll and picnic on the shores of scenic St George’s Lake, home to waterbirds and the elusive platypus. Take in the wonderful surrounding forests with a stroll along the Goldfields Track.

Creswick Markets
Creswick Market is a much-loved monthly event, open every third Saturday from
9:00 am till 1:00 pm with the true relaxed feel of a regional community market. A must see for all residents and visitors of the Goldfield region.

The Tangled Maze
Enjoy a fun day in one of the largest and most unusual mazes. Botanical Maze, a beautiful flowering maze grown from thousands of climbing plants, perennials and ground covers. Featuring a giant chess set, noughts and crosses, an 18 hole mini golf, Bocce, Laser Tag, Amaz’n’Ice, maze puzzles, a mystery trail and plant nursery.

Hepburn Lagoon Trail Rides
