Cooroy RV Stopover (CG)

This is a spacious area for FSCV to stop over in Cooroy, it permits pets and has a maximum 4 nights stay with limited facilities. There are two areas to the site, the first is a smaller flat level grassed area, adjoining a larger area with a gate in between. The site is within walking distance to town and an ideal place to base yourself if exploring the Noosa Hinterland. Be aware that the site is subjected to flooding in heavy and prolonged rain and may be closed during these times.

SITE ACCESS
From the South, drive through the main street of Cooroy approximately 300m on your left you will see the Tennis Courts. From there, look on your right for the driveway (between the Combined Coastal Car Club and Cooroy Horse & Pony Club grounds). Continue along the driveway, past the dump point and veer right over the creek line and into the open grassed area.

From the North, turn left into the driveway between the Car Club and Pony Club grounds and follow the same directions.

FEES & BOOKINGS
Book and Pay Online via the link below or Caretaker will attend to collect. Current fees are $12 per night (2020)

This site is run by the volunteers of the Cooroy Chamber of Commerce and all profits go back into community projects in Cooroy.

NOTE: The site will be closed when required eg for community uses, extended wet weather or flooding. Please check for availability via the booking link.

FACILITIES
Waste bins and a dump point with non-potable water only. There are no toilets, showers, cooking or power facilities available.

RULES
Not suitable for rigs over 12.5 metres in length.
Only park in the permitted areas (refer site map) and do not intrude on community club buildings or their amenities.
Grey water disposal to ground is not permitted.
Camping is not permitted (no tents, camper trailers or caravans that are not fully self-contained).
No fires or generators allowed.
Dogs permitted – must be kept on a leash when outside the vehicle, and must not be left unattended at any time.
