Stawell Grampians Gate Caravan Park (CP)

Stawell Grampians Gate Caravan Park is located 300 meters off the Western Hwy in the centre OF STAWELL, 300mtrs south of the BP Service station and McDonalds. We are situated on 40 acres in a beautiful bushland setting with a lake and creek running through the park offering water front sites and cabins, with the newest accommodation in Stawell.

Come and see for yourself, the beauty of bush camping with a fire yet the luxury of electricity, hot shower and the all-important convenience of a real loo.
All our site are either in a beautiful bushland setting or have water views over Pleasant Creek or the lake that the creek forms IN the park, which attracts an abundance of varied birdlife. We have a fully equipped Camp Kitchen with 2 Free electric BBQs and 3 Free gas BBQs located around the lake. 3 amenities blocks with 2 Laundries and plenty of clothes line space.
Camp Fires – Are a must in the cooler months or even just for the ambiance anytime of the year when camping. All our sites are able to have a camp fire of 1 sort or another C.F.A. conditions permitting. Grass powered sites on the mainland must be in a pre-approved fire bin that will not burn the grass, on the Island in one of our designated fire places and on the unpowered sites a 30cm deep x 1 mtr round hole with rocks around the edge.
Down the end of the park beside our bushland camping we have 4 en-suite sites available. They form a “Wagons Ho” around a solid brick building and are all drive-thru and even stay hitched if you wish.
Choose from level grassed sites on the mainland or on our island with water frontage. Drive-Thru stay hitched on bitumen or dirt, island or mainland.
There is also Leave No Trace Camping. Specially aimed to cater for the Grey Nomads, unpowered camping with security to unhitch for day trips. Not available at Easter, January, Long Weekends or Special events.
