The park is pet-friendly and has beach access on two sides, set in the perfect location near swimming beaches, boat ramp, crabbing areas and for the bird watching enthusiast it is fantastic.
They have a vast range of powered sites available, drive-through, grass, slab and gravel, they even have foreshore sites available where you can enjoy sitting and watching the boats coming and going. The unpowered grassy sites for either caravans, tents or camper trailers are very spacious, and there are larger areas for the bigger rigs, there is room for everyone.
The Parks amenities are new and immaculate with the inside block having a disability bathroom and baby changing room. There are also some outside smaller unisex en-suite facilities. The laundry has modern washing machines and dryers at a reasonable cost. There are two spotlessly clean barbecue areas and an excellent camp kitchen. For the kids, there is a playground with a sandpit and basketball ring. There is also a central dump point, boat washing area and a fish cleaning hut.
If you’re looking for a night out of the van, or want to catch up with friends or family that don’t go camping, Edithburgh Caravan Park also have Units and Cabins to suit all budgets and range from Standard Park Units through to Executive Spa Cabins with many offering bay or sea views. A Modified Cabin is also available for those with who need disabled facilities. Full linen supplied.
The township boasts full sea views of the St Vincent’s Gulf, and on a clear day or night, the lights and cliffs of Adelaide can be seen across the gulf. The safe waters of Edithburgh coastal area are a fisherman’s delight. New walking trails have been installed from Edithburgh to Coobowie and from Edithburgh to Sultana Point, for the walking enthusiasts to view more of our beautiful coastline, flora and fauna. Edinburgh’s Tidal Swimming Pool is set in a rocky cove and has both deep and shallow waters for safe swimming with all ages.
HOW TO GET THERE
Driving through Edithburgh on the St Vincent Highway go south into Blanche Street at the Post Office (opposite); after 450m turn left into South Terrace. At the end, turn left and immediately right into the Park and Boat Ramp driveway.

Follow the signs to the boat ramp. Turn right in to park entrance and reception is immediately on the right, parking available on the left.

Edithburgh Jetty – a diver’s paradise, renowned for its spectacular diving and easy access for all levels of experience. Whether snorkeling or scuba diving, you will enjoy swimming through the jetties pylons to observe the wide variety of marine life.
Edithburgh Museum – a community museum of well defined indoor and outdoor displays tracing the social, industrial and agricultural history of the Troubridge agricultural area and the town and port of Edithburgh from early settlement to its decline with major displays on its maritime history (including shipwrecks) and once large salt industry.
