Looking for a peaceful Showground along Bruce Highway?
Maryborough Showground & Equestrian Park is located in southeast Queensland offering casual powered and unpowered campsites for 72 hours. The pet-friendly site is accessible to motorhomes, caravans, and big rigs. Also, they offer an off-leash dog park within the grounds.
The showground plays host to dozens of Festivals, Community Events, Exhibitions, and Equestrian Events every year.
Many showgrounds offer affordable and convenient locations to camp, especially for larger RV’s. Many will also permit pets. However, many showgrounds are closed at certain times of the year due to the Annual Show or other events. It is always best to check their website or call ahead to avoid disappointment.
