THINGS TO DO
Purnululu National Park features a variety of walk trails for exploring it’s spectacular domes and gorges. The trails range from short routes suitable for most ages and fitness levels, though the trail surfaces are rocky and uneven, to longer trails that should only be considered by very experienced bushwalkers with specialised navigation and outback survival skills and equipment.
GUIDELINES
No Campfires or solid fuel appliances (including stoves, barbeques and heaters) at any time.
Campers’ own liquid or gas fuel barbeques, stoves and heaters can be used at any time, unless a total fire ban has been declared (see Department of Fire and Emergency Services).
Campers’ own generators may be used, between 9am and 8pm, in 11 sites only. The other 26 sites are ‘quiet’ – generators may not be used. There is no electric power supply at the campground.
All vehicle parking is within the boundaries of individual camp sites only: one vehicle per camp site
The maximum number of fee-paying campers permitted at each site is six.
