A popular camping spot near one of the more protected beaches in Cape Arid, providing very basic campsites with few facilities. It is not suitable for Caravans Camper trailers or Motorhomes.
Jorndee Creek is a beautiful creek, which runs into the sea. The creek drains across the beach and rocks at the southern end of a small bay that is well sheltered from onshore winds. West of Jorndee Creek to Cape Arid sloping gneiss and granites dominate the coastline.

SITE ACCESS
Access is via a good four-wheel drive track.
Road access to campgrounds in Cape Arid National Park, with the exception of Thomas River, is suitable for high-clearance 4WD vehicles with low-range gears only.

Anyone who does not have the appropriate equipment, knowledge, skills, and experience of driving a 4WD vehicle in remote areas, including vehicle recovery and outback survival, should not consider visiting Jorndee Creek independently. Independent travellers should ensure they have sufficient supplies, including drinking water, for their entire trip before starting their journey.

Please note: GPS Co-Ordinates are approximate and provided in most cases to get you to the entrance. Once inside the park, there should be signs to the actual campgrounds. Failing this please check with National Parks for further directions
