For bushwalkers who like to stay for the night, this campground is ideal. And with its proximity to Shoalhaven River, this is a picturesque place you’re bound to enjoy.

Once you’ve arrived, selected your campsite and put up your tent, it’s time to start exploring. For those who enjoy seeing the park by foot, enjoy a pleasurable and easy walk on The Big Hole walking track – keep an eye out for the occasional goanna sunning itself along the way. Or head to Deua’s Marble Arch, where you’ll see a boulder the size of a car.

This campground is adjacent to Shoalhaven River, so bring your canoe and travel along the water, taking in the landscape that surrounds you; swimming is particularly enjoyable when the weather is warm. And when the sun starts to set and it’s time to eat, cook up a rustic feast on the wood barbecues to the serenading frogs of Shoalhaven River and start planning the next day’s adventure.
