HOW TO GET THERE
Ikara-Flinders Ranges National Park is situated approximately 450 kilometres north of Adelaide, in the central Flinders Ranges.
From Adelaide, take one of several routes to Hawker, then follow the signs to Wilpena (Flinders Ranges Way).
If approaching from Broken Hill, turn north at Yunta on the Arkaroola Road and follow signs to Blinman which is the Northern end of Flinders Ranges Way.
The best vehicle access to this campground is off the Flinders Ranges Way at Brachina Gorge Road (signed). The campground is 17km on the left. ALternatively this can be accessed via Brachina Gorge Road from the West off The Outback Highway (B83) and is 14.5km from the junction.
The main road through the park and into Wilpena Pound is sealed. Unsealed roads with changing surfaces occur throughout the park and may be affected by weather conditions. All public roads are accessible by two-wheel drive vehicles, caravans and trailers.
Please note: GPS Co-Ordinates are approximate and provided in most cases to get you to the National Park entrance. Once inside the park there should be signs to the actual camp grounds. Failing this please check with National Parks for further directions.
